Most of us don´t know how to stay healthy and eat healthy, but it is not as simple as it seems.
Staying healthy and eating healthy will reduce health problems. It also makes you fell better physically and emotionally. Obese people are at higher risk of biabetes, high blood pressure, heart problem and more. There are so many things you will have to change in order to live a healthy life which is not easy most times but its worth it in the long run.
- Get enough sleep, at least 8 – 9 hours at night.
- Avoid smoking and avoid inhailing other´s cigarette smoke, take lime every day too, do something you enjoy, you could read, paint ,draw, dance cook etc.
- When making a sandwich add more vegetables, like tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, mushroom or any other fresh veggies.
- Use broth,water, or wine to soute your food instead of using oil or botter.
- Instead of putting frosting on cakes, top them with fresh fruits: use slices or fresh fruit like apples, peaches or bananas. Drink plenty of water as this helps flush your system.
- fat foods that are low in saturatedfat and trans fatty acida and high calcium and fier, with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Take a cacium supplement if necessary to ensure adequate intake.
Ask questions about ingridents in food when you are dinning out. Ask them how your food is prepared.
When gilling food avoid over cooking it . mind the way you use salt, as too much salt has a long- term effect on the body.
